Express Funding
This route puts YOU in control of YOUR project. You will have full control of the when the facility is used and by whom, this route to funding dispenses of many of the 'strings' attached to conventional grant funding where you facility will be set targets on community use and monitoring forms. Our Express Funding Route can fund projects up to £9m, so more than enough to cover Primary School MUGA's (Multi-Use Games Areas), Full size 11 v11 4G pitches, Sports Halls or new classrooms. The simple steps to make your idea happen!

Tell us about your Idea: We are always happy to have an informal chat through your initial idea either over the phone, e-mail or a site visit. There is no obligation, just an opportunity to explore your idea further and we can advise on the practicability, next steps and timescales.

Design and Costings: We will arrange a completely free site visit and meeting to compile the design and build specification for your project. It is your project and we work to that principle at all times. We then produce a design brief and cost for the next stage.

Tendering Process: We will put your design and specification out to our framework of experienced independent contractors who have passed our detailed due diligence process for the quality of their work. We will then compile the three best value quotes fro your selection.

Securing Funding: We will work with you to secure the necessary funds to enable your project via conventional grant funding or our 'Express Funding' route.

Planning Permission: Depending on your project, it may require planning permission. We complete the whole application process to your Local Authority and consultations other statutory bodies as necessary.

Project Managing the build: We will provide the Project management of the build, coordinating a the work of our contractors around the logistics of your School or Club to ensure the build is completed to our exacting standards of quality and safety.

Completion: All of our projects have long-term warranties and we can continue to offer advice on running your facility from a revenue and maintenance viewpoint as desired.
